The Mastermind Circle is

• A selected group of 5-10 non-competing executive decision-makers who meet monthly in person for 150-180 minutes over the course of a year.
• And includes four individual executive coaching sessions.
• Meetings are facilitated, confidential and interactive learning sessions to ensure the best performance — on a personal and professional level.

• It is lonely at the top – executives and leaders can benefit from brainstorming sessions with like-minded thinking partners.
• Peers’ clear and honest feedback, advice and encouragement result in the best thinking and practice
• There is a need to be authentic and safe to share and seek answers to their challenges in a confidential environment.
• Accountability – strategies don’t get implemented, because of uncertainty, and lack of ‘higher authority’ accountability partners, and access to expertise and moral support.
• Because it is good to have a tribe of war buddies – invested in your wellbeing, your health, mindset, family and business.

Typical content and structure

• Meetings include personal, professional, and business development topics.
• Language: Afrikaans & English

Expectations:

• To attend every TMC sitting (even if not fully prepared).
• To show up as your authentic self and share your insights and learnings.
• Willingness to be challenged, and challenge other members.

• Sign up to receive the confidentiality agreement.
• Note – value received is directly related to consistent attendance, openness and willingness to grow.

Payment plans

• Once off = R12,250.00. (Saving R4,000.00)
• 4 x Instalments = R3,750.00 (Saving R1,625.00)
