This includes heartfelt talks about life based on personal experiences, lessons learned and dreams in making.
I share my way of life – Wild, Wise & Kind – my strategy, and a 4-season-year approach based on universal principles and ancient practices to living a life that is meaningful and efficient.
My style of work is interactive, and the aim is to inspire higher intentions and challenge new ways of thinking for better performances in work and life.
The content presented includes practices of which some will be demonstrated, t, and offering the audience opportunities to embody and appropriate it according to their context and the rhythms of their lives.
I draw from personal experiences like being a business leader, lecturer, and family man. I may use metaphors of experiences as an ultra-marathoner, hiking the rim of the Drakensberg and rowing the length of the Orange River and personal quests. I may include anecdotes from my coaching studio chair, spiritual encounters and awareness from the inner sanctuary of my soul.
