The learning Circle is a powerful growth and empowerment program featuring 10–16 bi-weekly, facilitated sessions (60–90 minutes each), held in person or online with 5–10 participants. Together, the group explores a selected book, sharing insights, applying key principles, and building new habits. The circle fosters mutual support, accountability, and practical learning, helping participants bridge the gap between knowing and doing. Ideal for both personal development and team growth.
What is TLC?
- 10-16 bi-weekly, in-person/online sessions of 60-90 minutes.

- Facilitated high-level interactive learning circle – reading a selected book together for insights and skills development.
- Share feedback on applying principles and best practices and implementing habits.
- Mutual motivation, encouragement and accountability.

Content and structure
- A topic and book most relevant for the group’s needs is selected.
- A section of the book is read and discussed at sessions.
- The number of sessions is determined by the content of the book.
- The facilitator guides the conversation, asks deeper questions, add additional information and directs members towards implementing their insights in work and life.
- Language: Afrikaans & English
