This weekend reminded me to let go of the things I cannot control. They do not need to stay with me, hold me back, or drain my energy. What I have learned is to let go of those burdens at sunset and welcome a new, clean day at sunrise. – Rudo

Looking at my own life, I make no time for myself to be still and reflect on what I am doing and where I am headed. Am I missing out on the important things in my life? – Danie

The weekend felt timeless, as if the world had paused while I had been rushing through life for months. I realized I had been running barefoot on tar, gravity pulling me forward faster than my legs could keep up. It was a moment of heart-pounding fear—the realization that I was about to fall. But as I stood under the poplar trees, listening to the soft rustling of the wind, something within me shifted. It was as if the trees whispered to me: “Andre, you are exactly where you need to be. You are enough. You are loved.”

Those words, though unspoken, reached deep into my heart. I could once again converse with the God within me—without doubt, without confusion. I realized that I need to allow myself time to rest, and I need to do so regularly. It is not just a desire but a necessity for my soul. I owe it to myself to be still, to heal, so that I can be fully present for those around me. – André

This weekend meant a great deal to me—to step away from my daily life and the people around me. Even though they are good for me and my environment, I sometimes need to step back to truly appreciate what I have. I have learned that the world will not end if I am not constantly present, but I do have a significant impact and a purpose to live for. It was deeply meaningful to reconnect with God and myself in nature.

Out here, I can breathe. I can appreciate the small things—the fire, the open sky, and the countless stars at night. – Michael
