Team coaching is a specialised scientific discipline. It is a holistic and comprehensive action-learning team-development process. The process includes interviews, executive and group coaching, team workshops, and stakeholder engagements.

A Systemic Team Coach professional understands business, leadership, teams, and speaks business language and has a scientific framework and methodology for team effectiveness.

The work requires a confidential partnership and trust to discover all areas of risk and growth, deal with conflict, and elevate performance. This will be enabled through building rapport, sharpening awareness, questioning and realigning the current position to stakeholders’ future expectations of the organisation.

When teams build a successful DNA they also draft their own playbook and game plan for the near and distant future.

The Team coaching timeline

The process starts with the Pre-work scoping and contracting session. Thereafter followed by a 2-day off-site leadership team strategic workshop, and monthly topical, quarterly review and planning sessions. The process concludes with a stakeholder feedback and celebration session.
