Business Venture Matrix is a one-to-one coaching programme aiming at helping business leaders, and established entrepreneurs, to excel in business and to maintain work-life balance.
This programme combines personal, professional and business development, which includes executive coaching and the development of a business matrix and plan; using the business venture canvas model. The blueprints used include many aspects of traditional strategy and planning.
Business Venture Matrix is offered to individuals or for groups with up to four (4) members. For each additional member, the rate per individual is reduced and 10 minutes are added to sessions. However, Systemic Team Coaching is recommended for groups of four (4) or more participants.
Duration: 12 x 90-minutes sessions in 10 months
