Workshops and training typically vary from half-day to four-day sessions and talks from 30-120 minutes.

Workshop and training themes and content are decided after an assessment or scoping of organisational needs and gaps. The logistics are planned taking workplace realities into account.
Interventions often link to cohesive team leadership programmes, culture, and organisational development but can also be presented independently.
For participants, optimal experiential learning often occurs in the presence of two or more trainers.
