The Round Table is an exclusive facilitated monthly 2-hour online meeting of a maximum of six (6) executive leaders, to find solutions, and opportunities, learn from the experience of peers to deal with challenges, and support and challenge one another to implement their mastery.
Members are proposed by current members, handpicked and any member has a non-disclosure veto right. Conversations are confidential and members are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Included is a monthly 1-1 executive coaching session with the coach.
Meetings are structured, time and outcome conscious and adhere to high performance and ethical standards.
Preparation of 2-4 hours per meeting is required. Members will be granted an opportunity to present a case on which they seek feedback, critical thinking, solution and opportunity from peers and professional coaches.
