Learning Circling Groups is structured, interactive in-person and/or online group coaching facilitated sessions guided by a book, manual and/or programme.

A minimum of six (6) sessions are offered and the final number is determined and negotiated by the group, content and outcomes.

Themes include conscious leadership, self-care, personal mastery, self-care, time management, habits, wellness, powerful communication, and crucial conversations.

Sessions are highly experiential with dedicated time for live Q+A during each session.

Participants are empowered with reflective practices for self-awareness, mindfulness, connection, support and encouragement.

Attendance certificates for leadership development are issued and is CPTD aligned.

Sessions are 90 minutes and accommodate up to eight persons per group.

Running learning circling groups concurrently with Systemic Team Coaching will deepen and fast-track cohesive leadership team development outcomes.
