Humans have from their earliest development as hunter-gatherers performed better as a team than individually. The human brain and muscles, face, vocal cords, and so much more are geared to collaborate. Whether playing, working, or living, teams can perform more, better, and longer, than the individual. This also applies to leadership.

Cohesive Team Leadership is trained through Systemic Team Coaching (STC), a comprehensive, facilitated action-learning team-development programme. By combining STC with facilitated Conversations of Belonging, and Deliberate Collaboration Design, people truly share, shine, and learn together. These skills empower leadership teams to manage complex situations, improve organisational effectiveness, nurture healthy culture, producing peak performance results.

STC is structured including one-to-one conversations, team workshops, and group work. We work hand in hand with the team and organisation over a period of 12-18 months, starting with a scoping and contracting session. This is followed by a 2-day off-site strategic workshop with the leadership team, followed by monthly topical -, and quarterly review and planning sessions – culminating in a stakeholder feedback- and celebration session.

STC is theory grounded and applied to clients’ current context and real issues. STC shifts commitment, elevates character, opens communication, sets goals, and raises standards. STC is generally regarded as one of the most enjoyable, challenging and rewarding experiences for leaders, teams and organisations applying distributed thinking, and designing their own conversation and shared understanding system and relational network. Creating a healthy sense of belonging, discipline and loyalty is getting culture and tribe right, and performance flow.
