Self-awareness and -discovery represent the combined starting point of personal development and making life better.

Assessments are useful for:

  • Identifying strengths.
  • Team composition and gaps.
  • Career path planning and developmental needs.
  • Compiling job profiles.
  • Recruitment and identifying suitable candidates.
  • Measuring personal wellness, organisational health, and culture.

Tools and diagnostic instruments include:

  • Personality or preferential thinking, motivation, and behavioural styles
  • Leadership Assessments
  • Peer Assessments
  • Culture, Diversity and Climate Surveys
  • Work functions, systems, process, and flow audits
  • 360 Organisational Diagnostic
  • Custom-made diagnostics.

Individual assessment results’ feedback is done individually. To ensure collective learning, group assessment results are facilitated in a workshop format. The appropriate feedback method forms part of the learning process and best elicits strengths, challenges commitment and accountability, and invites new personal and collective contributions and performance.

Facilitated feedback on assessments benefits individuals and teams by:

  • fast-tracking awakening and discovery;
  • improved connections with self, others, and God;
  • deeper understanding, empathy, and appreciation for others;
  • uncovers innate focus of attention:
  • identifies deeper motivations, the source of the automatic and unconscious flow of energy;
  • shows strengths and weaknesses and areas for personal and team development.

The assessment process steps:

  1. Contact us for scoping and needs assessment.
  2. Selection of and/or development of the appropriate diagnostic tool.
  3. Conduct assessment – including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
  4. Process of data and information.
  5. Facilitate feedback workshops and coalesce and synchronise feedback into a force for change, outcomes, and action plans.

Do note that tests are individually licensed and priced; many are available online only. Customised surveys can be developed according to specific needs.
