Nature-based coaching includes one-day hikes, multi-day hiking trails or wilderness hikes or one-day kayaking outings and multi-day trips.

Clients having been coached outdoors describe their experience as invigorating, mentally stimulating, grounding, and refreshing, leading to surprising breakthroughs. They felt free, open, comfortable, calm, relaxed, energised and exhilarated.

Nature-based coaching can be included in Executive Coaching Programmes for individuals, Leaning Circling groups, or group coaching groups.

Applicants need to qualify with a reasonable level of fitness and health. Logistics will be selected and coordinated in collaboration with the client.
