It involves drawing out people’s strengths; overcoming personal obstacles; challenge; encourage; showing up with confidence; and effectively functioning and contributing to a team.

Coaching is both science and art, tapping into natural and human sciences, relatedness, synergy and the dynamics of growth, values, intentions and change of the human psyche, relations, and behaviour. He draws on his business, leadership, coaching, and consulting experience along with his academic studies and the research of experts in the emerging fields of neuro-semantics, conscious leadership, and business to empower leaders and teams with the real-life application of cohesive team leadership practices.
For him, there are no great leaders, there are only great students of leadership.
