Step-UP is an 8-session 1-1 series of 90-minute bi-weekly weekly sessions to determine what goals and outcomes you want to work on, get clarity for making decisions and develop a plan to feel and perform better to make the change you need. By the end of Step-UP, you will have a strategy to move forward in life and in your career.

The sessions are:

  7. Flow or genius state
